Kozo (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is operated by Jishu Labs. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI-powered database schema generation platform at kozo.jishulabs.com (the “Service”). We are committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the prompts you write and the schemas we generate for you.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
• Schema prompts: The plain-English descriptions you submit so Kozo can design a database schema, stored in your personal, encrypted workspace.
• Generated schemas: The tables, keys, indexes, constraints, ER diagrams, and migration SQL Kozo produces for you.
• Usage data: Number of schemas generated, templates used, export formats requested, and feature usage patterns.
• Billing data: When you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your payment details. We never store full card numbers.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address for security and analytics purposes.

• To maintain your personal schema library, history, and saved versions
• To process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe

• To improve the accuracy and quality of our schema generation

The privacy of your prompts and generated schemas is our top priority. Everything you submit and everything Kozo generates is scoped to your account and stored encrypted at rest. We never share your prompts or schemas with other users, use them to train AI models, sell or license them, or make them publicly accessible. You can delete any schema, or your entire history, at any time through Settings.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase with PostgreSQL, protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies that ensure only you can access your own prompts and schemas. Data is encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may export your schemas at any time, and you may request complete account deletion — which removes all associated data permanently.

We use the following third-party services to operate Kozo:

• Supabase: Authentication, PostgreSQL database, and application storage.
• Stripe: Subscription billing and payment processing for Pro plans.
• AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI): For generating schemas from your prompts. Prompts are sent securely via API and are not retained by the provider for training.
• Netlify: Hosting and production web infrastructure.
• Resend: Transactional email such as account and security notices.

You have the right to access your personal data, export your schemas, correct inaccurate information, delete your account and all associated data, and opt out of non-essential communications. To exercise these rights, visit Settings or contact us at the email below.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and no third-party tracking scripts are loaded on our platform. For details, see our Cookie Policy.
