Terms of Service

By accessing or using Kozo (the “Service”), operated by Jishu Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Kozo is an AI-powered database schema generation platform. You describe your application in plain English and Kozo designs a normalized, indexed, migration-ready Postgres schema, including tables, primary and foreign keys, constraints, indexes, an ER diagram, and exports for Prisma, Drizzle, and SQLAlchemy. The Service is available as a web application at kozo.jishulabs.com.

• You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

The free tier provides up to ten generated schemas per calendar month. Pro is billed at $15 per month through Stripe and includes unlimited schema generation and all export formats. Usage limits reset on the first day of each month. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing or usage limits with reasonable notice. Abuse of the free tier (such as creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits) may result in account suspension.

You agree to use the Service in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Submit prompts intended to generate harmful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Bypass rate limits, quotas, authentication, or security controls
• Use automated tools to excessively access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You retain all ownership rights to the prompts you submit and to the schemas Kozo generates for you. Kozo does not claim ownership of your prompts or your generated schemas, and you are free to use, modify, and ship them in your own projects. The Service itself — its design, features, templates, and branding — is the intellectual property of Jishu Labs.

The schemas Kozo generates are provided “as is” for your use. While we strive for correct, normalized, migration-ready output, generated schemas should be reviewed before running against production data. You are responsible for validating tables, keys, indexes, constraints, and migrations against your own requirements. Kozo is not liable for any issues arising from reliance on AI-generated schemas without review and testing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described there.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime. Current status is published at our status page.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jishu Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings, which will permanently remove all your data. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
